Step 1: Request Ride
Choose pick-up point, drop-off point, and pick-up time. Once we receive your booking request, we will immediately notify all drivers on our platform.

Step 2: Payment
Complete payment within 5 hours after a driver accepts your order. Once payment is completed, the order will be confirmed.

Step 3: Depart!
Orders are non-refundable once confirmed. We will send driver information to you no later than 1 hour before the ride. You will receive the driver's license plate and phone number.
